We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. For health and safety reasons, Bear Market cannot accept returned food products. Please contact us at email@example.com. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new, with a copy of your original invoice, via DPD Delivery or by person to our Stillorgan Roastery.
Please note that for best results we recommend you to purchase our coffee as wholebean. Especially for espresso grind since each machine has different settings, our grind might not suit the Espresso Machine that you have at home.
If you are having issues and the coffee is not coming through or is to watery please see the below links for guidance. In a lot of cases the Espresso Machines need to have a cleaning cycle or descaler process as this might be causing the issue.

For coffee machine equipment there is no refund after purchase, as per our supplier's terms. However, if the equipment that you purchase is faulty we will gladly assist and provide all the information that you need to exchange the item or process a refund.
