Our Use of Analytics

With your Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions using analytics cookies, Vercel measures visits and website performance, and Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and session recordings using analytics cookies. We do not link these services to your customer account or send your name, email or form entries. Public website text is visible in Clarity recordings, while input fields and dropdown selections are masked. Account and internal pages are excluded, and advertising storage is denied. You can stop further collection through Cookie Settings, which also explains URL filtering and links to each provider’s privacy information.

Our Use of Targeted Advertising

When you submit a withdrawal notice, your name, email, order details and submission timestamp are sent through our email provider to shop@bearmarket.ie so our team can handle your notice and any return or refund. The form confirms submission on screen and lets you download a copy; it does not send a separate confirmation email or store notices in a separate website database. These details are used to handle your purchase and related legal obligations, not for marketing.

Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union. However, the personal data we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, destinations outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) using legally provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders.
