In 2021, Bear Market Coffee made a significant investment in a state-of-the-art roastery, featuring the Loring S15 Falcon, an eco-friendly roasting machine known for its precision and sustainability. This cutting-edge facility allowed them to craft their own beans in-house, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
The roastery was designed as a showcasing café in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, where the entire roasting process is fully visible to the public.
