In 2021, Bear Market Coffee made a significant investment in a state-of-the-art roastery, featuring the Loring Falcon 15, an eco-friendly roasting machine known for its precision and sustainability. This cutting-edge facility allowed them to craft their own beans in-house, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.

The roastery was designed as a showcasing café in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, where the entire roasting process is fully visible to the public. This commitment to transparency not only highlights Bear Market’s dedication to quality but also offers customers a unique, behind-the-scenes look at how their coffee is made.
