COFFEE

Our coffees are very versatile and can work with all the popular brewing methods. We also offer to grind our coffees for you for each of these brewing methods.

Single Origins work great on any filter brewing method thanks to their vibrant aromas and flavours, in particular the V60 or Chemex.  For any Sage or Espresso products, we recommend you go for beans that are geared towards Espresso for a more balanced and smooth taste. Take a look at our brew guides and roasting guides to learn more. Our House Roast works wonders with a Sage.

We offer to grind all our coffees for you for every brewing method (Moka Pot, Espresso, Aeropress, Chemex, French Press and V60). For freshness, if you have a home espresso machine we recommend you always buy wholebean. Whereas if you’re a filter lover we can grind the coffee depending on your brewing method.

You can download our brew guides from the "learn/education" section of our website.

ROASTING

Every single day, our coffee is lovelingly roasted to order from our Roastery in Stillorgan, that means that, after an adequate resting period (1 week), we've timed it so that it arrives on your door at the perfect time to brew. A little rest but not too much so you have the perfect, aromatic freshness for your brew.

We recommend brewing our coffees from up to 3 months after the roast date. The Roast date and best before dates are labelled on the back of all our coffee products. For freshness, if you have a home espresso machine we recommend you always buy wholebean. Whereas if you’re a filter lover we can grind the coffee depending on your brewing method.
