The Wilfa Uniform series features 58mm stainless steel, stabilised flat burrs for a more precise grind and an even extraction. Boasting 41 grind settings from espresso to steep, and a clever auto-off function once the beans have passed through. The slow motor ensures your beans won’t be heated, so you and your guests can enjoy our great tasting coffee.
The Uniform+ has the added feature of an integrated precision scale with 0.1g accuracy. The supplied app gives you an overview on how to grind the optimal amount as well as a pour over program and recipes from Tim Wendelboe himself.
