In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Bear Market offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Goods can be returned by Registered Post or to our shop 19 Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post Registered Post or by person to our Blackrock shop. Unfortunately, in those circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.
Please note that for best results we recommend you to purchase our coffee as wholebean. Especially for espresso grind since each machine has different settings, our grind might not suit the Espresso Machine that you have at home.

In a lot of cases the Espresso Machines need to have a cleaning cycle or descaler process as this might be causing the issue.
For equipment there is no refund after purchase, since we order the equipment from our supplier right after the order is made. Bear Market doesn't keep high quantities of inventory in store. However if the equipment that you purchase is faulty we will gladly assist and provide all the information that you need to exchange the item or process a refund. Please not that 48 hours delivery for equipment might change, since we depend on suppliers for this particular collection.
