My go to Green Smoothie

Prep time: 2 mins  -  Serves 1   -   Level: Easy

This is such a tasty green smoothie, perfect for an afternoon slump pick me up! Its tastes too good to be true:)

What you need:

180ml coconut water  

2 tablespoons natural greek yogurt 

Large handful of spinach leaves 

1 banana (ripe if posible) 

1 teaspoon chia seeds 

Method:

Peel the banana and place in your blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
