This keeps me going all day when I have it along side a large bowl of porridge! Power food for the long day ahead!
What you need:
180ml almond milk (unsweetened preferably)
1 banana (ripe if posible)
Small handful blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 teaspoon ginseng powder
1 teaspoon protein powder
Peel the banana and place in your blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
